Exchanges or refunds will only be considered in the event of major unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
Event cancellation
Event rescheduling
Venue closure due to force majeure (e.g. government restrictions, emergencies)
In such cases, customers will be notified and offered either:
A ticket transfer to a new date, or
A refund (at the organizer’s discretion)
3. Media & Image Usage
By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may take place.
You grant the event organizers the right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute any images, video, or audio recordings that may include your likeness for:
Marketing and promotional purposes
Social media content
Advertising campaigns
If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify event staff prior to the show.
4. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to:
Modify event details (including lineup, timing, or format)
Change venue within reasonable proximity if required
Such changes do not qualify for refunds unless the event is fully cancelled.
5. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organizer is not responsible for:
Personal injury
Loss or damage of personal belongings
