Half Egyptian. Half Palestinian. Born and raised in Dubai.
Mohamed Badr has spent his whole life answering a question that should be simple: “Where are you from?”
Identity Crisis is a stand-up comedy show about growing up between cultures, navigating family, stereotypes and belonging — and what happens when everyone seems to have a clearer idea of who you are than you do.
Unfortunately, they all have opinions.

Identity Crisis is a fully crafted stand-up show — but the room is part of it.
Mohamed moves between stories, characters and accents while playing with the audience and whatever happens on the night.
The show has a plan. The audience rarely does.
